Job description

We’re looking for a Business Applications Administrator who enjoys solving business problems through technology. This is an opportunity to become the go-to expert for our ERP and business applications, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes, automate workflows, and support the technology that keeps our manufacturing operation running efficiently.

The primary focus of this role is supporting and improving our ERP and business applications while driving process improvements across the organization. The role will also coordinate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and plant team on infrastructure-related activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

If you enjoy working directly with users, improving business processes, and leveraging technology to make organizations more efficient, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary administrator for our ERP system and other business applications. Become the subject matter expert for PSI and our manufacturing systems.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify process improvements and implement technology-driven solutions.
  • Lead application enhancements, workflow automation, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Design reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business decision-making.
  • Document business processes, system configurations, and best practices.
  • Train and support users to improve system adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) on infrastructure-related requests, upgrades, and technology projects.
  • Participate in software implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems or enterprise business applications.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business process improvement and systems optimization.
  • Experience with ERP administration, reporting, workflow automation, and application support.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar reporting and automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business stakeholders across the organization.
