IT Support

We are searching for a student to participate in our IT Support. This opportunity is OPEN to Recent Graduates, Current Students and Alumni. Short Term Assignments of 3-4 months to design and implement practical AI and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, enhance data visibility and streamline business processes. This short-term assignment will focus on evaluating current workflows, prioritizing automation opportunities, developing proof-of-concept solutions, and delivering sustainable tools that create measurable business value. Collaboration on assignments remotely as well as on site at one of our facilities (Cincinnati, Kalamazoo, Mankato, Wilmington)., * Analyze existing business processes across functional areas including Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain.

• Identify repetitive, manual, and time-intensive activities suitable for automation.
• Document current-state and future-state workflow designs.
• Quantify potential productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled business solutions using MS Copilot / Cowork

• Demonstrated experience in MS Copilot / Cowork, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience mapping and redesigning business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible use principles.
