Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer with TS/SCI clearance to join our dynamic team.

  • Development of TSSC analysis tools
  • Creation of reporting and visualization applications
  • Implementation of signal processing algorithms
  • Integration with existing Government systems
  • Functional, secure software tools for analyzing TSSC data that meet user requirements
  • Effective algorithms for signal processing and analysis that enhance threat detection capabilities
  • Intuitive visualization tools that enhance understanding of TSSC data
  • Customized reporting interfaces that meet user requirements and streamline workflows
  • Secure integration with existing Government systems with proper documentation
  • Weekly software development status reports that track progress and identify issues
  • Thoroughly documented code and technical specifications that facilitate maintenance
  • Applications that successfully pass security testing before deployment

Requirements

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with multiple programming languages and development frameworks such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with various software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security
  • Experience with software development for technical security applications
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into functional software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Desired:

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of system design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security.
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Advanced certifications in cloud technologies or specific programming languages.
