Job description

As a Global Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect, you will lead the strategy and design of enterprise-wide security architecture across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. You will help shape secure, scalable solutions that align with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and the evolving threat landscape. This role is instrumental in advancing secure transformation across infrastructure, cloud, and emerging technologies.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and evolve the global cybersecurity architecture framework across on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and hybrid environments.

  • Lead secure architecture design patterns, reference models, and standards aligned to Zero Trust, Secure-by-Design, and Defense-in-Depth principles.

  • Translate business, technology, and regulatory requirements into scalable security solutions across regions and platforms.

  • Serve as the lead security architect for strategic initiatives including cloud migrations, SaaS adoption, and data center modernization.

  • Establish enterprise security standards and partner with IT, business, compliance, risk, legal, audit, and DevSecOps teams to drive adoption.

  • Lead threat modeling, security assessments, and control validation for technologies such as AI/ML, Kubernetes, APIs, IoT, and data platforms.

  • Architect secure infrastructure patterns including segmentation, privileged access zones, hardened environments, and cloud landing zones.

  • Provide leadership on security tooling and partner across engineering and architecture teams to embed security into platforms, pipelines, and operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity and enterprise architecture, including 5+ years in a global or enterprise architect role.

  • Deep experience securing on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

  • Expertise in network security, identity and access management, encryption, segmentation, data protection, and security monitoring.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies such as VMware, Cisco, F5, firewalls, and identity stores.

  • Familiarity with major regulatory and security frameworks including PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA.

  • Experience with Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines, YAML/JSON, Python or Bash, Kubernetes security, and cloud-native policy controls.

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer are preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field, or equivalent professional or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience designing secure AI/ML environments, data platforms, or cybersecurity data fabrics.

  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust, Secure Access Service Edge, and Identity Fabric concepts.

  • Demonstrated success operating across global, matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority., + You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered.

Benefits & conditions

$168,500.00 - $271,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
