Requirements

Experience in the creation of project management scopes, business cases, and/or project plans, as well as utilizing project management methodologies to manage project scope, schedule, and quality.
Experience in project status reporting to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, management, and project resource teams.
Experience creating meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and project communications for complex, cross-functional projects.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional, multi-organization information technology projects involving a variety of key stakeholders. Experience should include application development, vendor software implementation, and/or technology infrastructure projects.
Experience as a Project Manager in a state or federal government environment.
Experience managing projects with teams of 15 or more participants, including negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts among team members.
