Experience collecting, analyzing, and documenting project requirements for review and distribution to various stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Experience managing application development projects using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and other Information Technology projects.
Experience developing and maintaining project management artifacts, including project scope, project charter, budget, schedule, RAID logs, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and communication plans, using Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience facilitating project meetings and preparing written communications to support knowledge transfer and stakeholder collaboration.
Experience managing complex projects involving PeopleSoft applications.
Experience managing and delivering projects within a state government environment.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
