• Lead business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Service, Production, Order-to-Cash.
• Serve as the North American SAP business owner of enterprise systems and guide improvements.
• Build scalable analytics, KPI reporting, and operational dashboards that drive decision-making.
• Champion AI and automation initiatives that improve productivity and business performance.
• Establish process governance and standardization across key operational functions.
• Partner with global technology teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Lead organizational change, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Build, coach, and grow a high-performing Business Systems & Analytics team.

• Required Technical Skills: SAP or comparable ERP systems. Business process transformation. Data analytics and KPI development. Cross-functional project leadership. Supply Chain, Operations, Service, or Manufacturing process expertise. Business systems ownership. Change management. Business requirements gathering. Executive stakeholder management.
• Preferred Technical Skills: AI and automation initiatives. Business intelligence and reporting platforms. Enterprise digital transformation. Process governance (BPMN, Signavio, QMS).
• Preferred Certifications/Licenses: Lean Six Sigma. SAP certification. PMP preferred., * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Info Systems, or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in business systems, operations, supply chain, transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in SAP or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
• Experience improving end-to-end operational processes within a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Proven success leading cross-functional transformation projects and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience developing analytics strategies, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
