The position will be part of a fast-paced crew that supports desktop and mobile Developer Tools products over a multitude of platforms, including Linux, Windows, Cloud Computing, Android, and other embedded, real-time OSs (RTOS). If you bring excellence and creative thinking while solving issues as they arise - come and join us!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines for multiple Developer Tools products - enabling fast, reliable builds and automated testing across platforms and architectures.

  • Streamline the product delivery operations within the Developer Tools organization by tracking, measuring, and regularly reporting critical metrics and regression testing.

  • Ensure rapid engineering operations and product delivery by collaborating with engineering and global infrastructure teams to establish and continuously improve product quality baselines.

  • Document runbooks, standards, and guidelines to help teams adopt modern DevOps patterns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Systems/Software/Computer Engineering, CS or equivalent experience.

  • At least 5 years of direct experience working in large-scale software development setting as a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Build/Release Engineer.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

  • Strong hands-on Python and Perl skills, and proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting.

  • Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, storage, and security.

  • Experience with continuous integration systems (Jenkins, GitLab, Gerrit).

  • Familiarity with Git and Perforce source control systems.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across multiple engineering teams to achieve consensus.

  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with evolving priorities and direction.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Track record running shared CI/CD platforms for many teams.

  • Experience supporting developer tools or SDKs or other sophisticated C/C++ software stacks.

  • Hands-on background with GPU/HPC, or AI/ML workloads and understanding how CI/CD and infrastructure needs differ for these domains.

  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
