Job description

We are seeking an accomplished engineering manager to lead the teams building secure, scalable CI/CD infrastructure for NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform. In this role, you will mentor forward-thinking engineers and own collaboration across both internal and external teams to support inner-source and open-source software.

What you will be doing:

  • Grow and develop a world-class, geographically distributed team.

  • Plan, schedule, mentor, and lead the execution of projects and activities of the team.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, program and product management, and partners to define the product roadmap.

  • Continuously review and identify improvement opportunities in established processes, infrastructure, and practices to ensure the teams are performing in the most efficient and open manner.

  • Own and drive efficiency, reliability, security, performance, and compliance across the infrastructure.

  • Establish strong relationships and trust through excellent execution and high quality of software development, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ overall years of industry experience and 3+ years of relevant software engineering management experience leading large complex system software projects.

  • Deep understanding of open-source contribution workflows, including managing private and public repositories, forks, mirrors, pull requests, and automated validation gates, artifact repositories, and audit logs at scale.

  • Experience building developer tooling that balances robust internal security (e.g., scanners, sandbox execution environments, network isolation) with seamless external community contributions.

  • Experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Buildkite, Ansible, and Terraform.

  • Deep experience architecting, provisioning, and scaling underlying CI/CD infrastructure (e.g., self-hosted runners, dynamic compute clusters, or container orchestration platforms).

  • Demonstrated ability to work across organizations at all levels and experience balancing multiple projects with competing priorities.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Strong track-record of technical leadership.

  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks and patterns.

  • Strong background in the development of accelerated computing software.

  • Track record of significant technical and leadership contributions to open-source software and community.
