Computer and Cell Phone Repair

We are looking for a Repair technician with strong customer service skills, to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electronic equipment, including mobile devices, computer hardware, and software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, while also being able to communicate effectively with our customer and sale key products.

Duties:

• Perform equipment repairs on mobile devices, computer hardware, and software systems

• Provide technical support to customers both in-store and in the field

• Conduct software troubleshooting and installations

• Assist with retail sales related to repair services

• Utilize hand tools to disassemble and reassemble devices

• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards

Proven experience in equipment repair and maintenance

• Familiarity with Windows and iOS operating systems

• Knowledge of computer hardware components

• Experience in field service is a plus

• Strong understanding of software troubleshooting techniques

• Strong sales background welcomed
