Senior Salesforce Engineer

• Support a large-scale migration from Oracle Sales Cloud to Salesforce CRM.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes and design future-state Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, custom objects, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation tools.
• Help architect business processes and workflows that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with data migration resources to map, validate, and optimize data moving from Oracle Sales Cloud into Salesforce.
• Support integrations with external platforms including Fiserv, PerformLine, Qvidian, Zeta, and other business applications.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business operations and leadership visibility.
• Participate in platform design discussions and recommend best practices for scalable Salesforce implementations.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Document configurations, workflows, integrations, and technical solutions.

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce Flows
• Custom Objects
• Custom Fields
• Reports & Dashboards
• Security & Permission Management
• Automation & Workflow Design
• Experience supporting CRM implementation, modernization, or migration initiatives.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices and declarative development tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience migrating from Oracle Sales Cloud to Salesforce.
• Experience supporting large-scale CRM data migration efforts.
• Experience working with complex data models and highly customized CRM environments.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
• Experience with Apex development.
• Experience working within sales, account management, or customer relationship management organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.
