Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled.NET with Java Developer to join our remote development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex Java applications, focusing on integrating LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) services and migrating to ForgeRock identity management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both.NET and Java technologies, with a passion for developing scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative authentication and authorization solutions that enhance user experience and system security. This position is perfect for motivated developers eager to contribute to cutting-edge identity management projects in a flexible remote environment., * Develop and maintain Java-based applications that interface with LDAP directories, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.

  • Lead the migration of existing LDAP services to ForgeRock Identity Platform, ensuring minimal disruption and high system availability.
  • Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs for secure communication between distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to create intuitive UI components using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
  • Utilize.NET technologies (including C#, ASP.NET, WCF) to build robust backend services supporting enterprise applications.
  • Apply Agile software development methodologies to plan sprints, conduct code reviews, and deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Conduct system design sessions using UML diagrams, ensuring scalable architecture for cloud infrastructure deployment on AWS or Azure.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and performance across multiple environments.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, TFS, or Jenkins to automate build processes and streamline deployment workflows.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, API specifications, and development processes following SDLC best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing enterprise-level Java applications with a focus on LDAP integration and migration projects.
  • Strong proficiency in.NET framework (.NET Core/5/6), C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, WCF, and related technologies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of front-end development using React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and UI/UX best practices.
  • Familiarity with application design principles including microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, including database design and T-SQL scripting.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API development, web services (SOAP), JSON/XML data formats, and system security protocols.
  • Expertise in version control tools such as GitHub, SVN, TFS for source code management.
  • Ability to work effectively within Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies while adhering to SDLC standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on developing scalable solutions for complex system requirements.
