Job description

  • Standardize execution of consistent business reviews and territory performance evaluations. Includes building templates, sharing globally and codifying/identifying key themes.

  • Design scalable, trackable opportunities to generate predictable renewal and expansion for the global team. Would include partnering with account teams to identify the opportunities and deploy targeted plays that ensure customers maximize their investments.

  • Coordinate product roadmap changes and end-of-life initiatives as they relate to renewals and expansions. Work with the Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice team to maintain lead lists, tracking, and execution.

  • Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional alignment meetings. Includes quarterly State of the Business (SoTB) meetings and monthly meetings with product Product Manager (PMs) across all products.

  • Work with renewals specialists and Practice teams to develop concrete Security and Workspace use cases that help teams identify cross-sell and promote paths.

Requirements

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role in the enterprise software or cloud space.

  • Experience managing relationships with existing business customers and promoting business growth.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in securing and growing customer bases, carrying and exceeding business goals in a sales role.

  • Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within complex sales cycles.

  • Experience building and maintaining long-term executive relationships, as well as developing territories and new accounts from scratch, while ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.

  • Experience working cross-functionally, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory software estate, build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close large, complex agreements.

  • Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud workspace and cybersecurity.

US: $80500 - $117000 (USD) + 66.67% bonus target + equity + benefits
