Network Services Assistant

• Runs daily reports with which to verify attendance of initial PT evaluations and diagnostic appointments.
• Verifies initial visits with the network provider and ensures billing information is correct with the PT and/or diagnostic facility. Request that the initial evaluation report and the diagnostic report be sent to PCS once completed. Once received, distributes reports to the appropriate PCS staff.
• Faxes weekly attendance logs and enters dates of attendance and/or discharge of all PT visits.
• Places daily calls to facilities to obtain attendance and future appointments for any PT attendance logs not received.
• Updates the information obtained and stores it in the database.
• Places daily calls to providers to obtain the necessary documentation for utilized files, to include PT, prescriptions, continuing prescriptions, signed Plan of Care, and/or any other necessary documentation. Saves documents in the Document Manager and /or distributes them to the appropriate PCS staff.
• Assist with the setting and management of utilization for specialized PCS accounts.
• Documents the case file appropriately with regard to calls, issues, and reports received

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Data entry experience preferred
