Job description

Location: Concord, NH (Onsite preferred; Hybrid or US-based Remote available)
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (EST)
Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person
Role Type: Contract Support & System Maintenance

Key Technical Skills Required

Core Language: COBOL on IBM i (AS/400)
System Tools: CL, DDS, DB2 for i (SQL)
Environment: Access Client Solutions (ACS), Navigator for i, PC5250
Operations: Batch Processing, Job Scheduling, Spool File / Output Queue Management

Bonus / Desired Skills

Experience with Hyland OnBase WorkView platform
Public Sector / Government background
Backup & Recovery (BRMS) exposure

Primary Responsibilities

System Support (90%): Maintain and troubleshoot un-documented legacy COBOL applications, monitor job queues (WRKACTJOB), and manage batch routines.
Platform Migration (10%): Assist with data transitions, integration planning, and operational continuity as systems migrate to OnBase WorkView.

Requirements

Flexibility: Willingness to support occasional off-hours maintenance and upgrades.
