· Design, develop, and enhance features for Outpatient, Inpatient, and Pharmacy modules · Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code · Implement secure, scalable software solutions following healthcare compliance standards Logging, Monitoring & Performance · Implement robust logging and error tracking mechanisms · Establish monitoring and alerting for production systems · Optimize application performance and minimize loading times · Conduct root cause analysis and quickly resolve operational issues Collaboration & Communication · Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, healthcare professionals) · Participate in code reviews and technical discussions · Document technical solutions and architectural decisions Generic Managerial Skills, If any Experience working in agile development projects.
