IFS Cloud Configuration & Solutions Specialist

Architect and deploy IFS Cloud configurations to optimize field service, asset management, and scheduling operations. Design automated business process workflows utilizing the IFS Business Process Automation (BPA) engine for efficiency. Configure complex service contracts, pricing structures, entitlements, and SLAs to align with operational requirements. Implement Tier 2 customizations including custom fields and calculated fields to enhance standard system functionality. Translate business requirements into configuration-first designs to maintain platform upgradeability and scalability. Orchestrate solution testing and defect triage across development, UAT, and production environments for the platform. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by fine-tuning standard functionality to minimize unnecessary technical debt. 5+ years of professional experience in functional configuration and solution design for IFS Cloud or IFS Applications. Proficiency in Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules within the IFS ecosystem. Experience with Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) and configuring complex scheduling rules for field operations. Experience in Business Process Automation (BPA) and designing low-code workflows to streamline system transitions. Experience with upgrade-safe extensions including custom fields, event actions, and advanced UI logic modifications. Experience in supporting technician-driven service workflows and contract management for enterprise facilities operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
