Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Position Summary: CTP, Inc is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Digital Shield project, responsible for establishing and overseeing enterprise cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the protection of systems, data, and digital infrastructure across cloud, platform, and development environments. Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required. Primary Responsibilities * Develop enterprise cybersecurity strategy and policies

• Lead security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Establish risk management and compliance frameworks
• Implement continuous monitoring and threat detection programs
• Ensure security integration across cloud, platform, and enterprise systems
• Conduct security assessments and audits
• Develop disaster recovery and resilience strategies
• Provide executive leadership on cybersecurity risk and posture, Employment is subject to a satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background review. Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field

• 12+ years of cybersecurity experience
• Experience with cloud security environments
• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.)
• Experience managing security operations teams
• Strong incident response and risk management experience

Preferred Qualifications: * CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification

• Experience supporting government or regulated environments
• Experience with SIEM and security monitoring platforms, Work Authorization: Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorships provided.
