Job description

We are seeking a Junior Microsoft 365 Developer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of business solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies. This role will work closely with senior developers and analysts to assist in solution development, documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives., * Assist in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online

  • Support migration of legacy SharePoint sites to modern SharePoint environments
  • Collaborate with senior developers on implementing Microsoft 365 solutions and enhancements
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions and document business needs
  • Assist in testing, deployment, and maintenance of developed solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications
  • Follow governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Track tasks and incidents using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Provide basic training and support to end users
  • Stay updated on Microsoft 365 features and enhancements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or junior development role
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Power Platform
  • Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI
  • Basic understanding of PowerShell, JSON, or Microsoft Graph
  • Knowledge or interest in AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
