Job description

“Navitas Partners, LLC” is seeking a motivated Junior Microsoft 365 Developer to support the development and maintenance of business solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow technical expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, while working alongside experienced developers and analysts., * Assist in developing solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online

  • Support migration of legacy SharePoint sites to modern SharePoint using hub architecture
  • Collaborate with senior developers to implement and test Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Assist with adoption and implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot features
  • Participate in requirements gathering and document business needs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications
  • Follow governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Track and update work using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Provide basic training and support to end users
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and enhancements
  • Participate in team meetings and project activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of SharePoint Online and Power Platform
  • Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI
  • Basic understanding of PowerShell, JSON, or Microsoft Graph (preferred)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, * Associate’s Degree, Technical Certificate, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, * 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or junior development role
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools through work, internships, or academic projects

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
