SAP Specialist-Manufacturing

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Systems Specialist to support and enhance our SAP environment while partnering with Operations, Production, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and driving business efficiency through technology., * 60% - Project Development & Continuous Improvement

• Lead SAP-related projects, system enhancements, process improvements, and new functionality implementations.
• 20% - SAP Troubleshooting & User Support
• Resolve SAP issues, provide end-user support, maintain system integrity, and troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges.
• 20% - Leadership & Business Partnership (Collaborate with business leaders, train end users, provide project guidance, and serve as the SAP subject matter expert across the organization).

Essential Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production orders, work orders, and master data.
• Support inventory accuracy, production planning, and order management through SAP.
• Develop reports and analyze business data to support operational decision-making.
• Train employees in SAP processes and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and/or Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting SAP issues and supporting end users.

Preferred Technical Skills

• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• SAP Fiori
• Working knowledge of SAP ABAP
• SAP Analytics (SAP Analytics Cloud or similar reporting tools)
• SAP reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools
• Knowledge of system integrations and business process automation
