Job description

  • The Scrum Master will partner with a minimum of two crews.
  • The Scrum Master will guide the crews to follow agile practices and help with ceremonies.
  • Facilitate ceremonies, such as daily stand ups, retros and demonstrations of product output.
  • Coach crews in Agile methodologies.
  • Escalate to appropriate resource when issues occur (could be product owner, tech lead, tech manager).
  • Collaborate with any vendor partners on planning and escalations

Requirements

  1. ADO Experience (Admin, including queries)
  2. JIRA Experience
  3. Microsoft Office Applications
