Job description

Own and scale the backend and AI infrastructure behind an agentic clinical-decision platform, supporting rapid customer onboarding and growth in a production healthcare environment., * Real traction, fast: past $1M+ revenue within four months of commercialization, 10x ARR over the last six months, targeting eight-figure ARR by year end - with engineering capacity as the primary growth constraint

High ownership on hard problems: architect AI-native systems end to end and ship agentic systems processing clinical data at scale
A path to leadership: build and manage your own engineering team as the company scales
Elite team and resources: work alongside ex-founders, operators, and clinicians from top labs and big tech; ample GPU, latest hardware, and AI coding assistants provided

Requirements

Strong Python proficiency (hard requirement)
Hands-on infrastructure-as-code - Terraform or similar (hard requirement)
A working understanding of prompt engineering
An active GitHub contribution history
Currently employed in an engineering role at an established company
Available on-site in San Francisco five days a week

Nice to Haves

Prior founding or early-startup experience, including founding-team membership
A track record of high agency and strong decision-making
