Job description

The Senior Manager, Corporate IT leads RIVA’s internal Corporate IT organization and is responsible for the strategy, administration, security, and day-to-day operation of the company’s enterprise technology ecosystem. This role supports business operations by ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant technology services across the organization., RIVA Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Corporate IT to lead all aspects of the company’s internal IT function. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Operations, this hands-on leadership role serves as both the business owner and technical owner for enterprise technologies, balancing long-term IT strategy with day-to-day operational execution across Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure, and enterprise applications., * Lead the overall Corporate IT strategy, operations, and technology roadmap.

  • Provide hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Lead cybersecurity governance, identity management, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and security operations.
  • Manage enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, licensing, vendors, budgets, and technology portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support compliance initiatives including ISO 27001, CMMI, CMMC, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement of IT service delivery and user experience.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support for Corporate IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of progressive Corporate IT experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience leading Corporate IT within a Government contracting environment.
  • Extensive hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Strong cybersecurity experience including governance, risk management, identity management, endpoint security, and vulnerability management.
  • Experience supporting ISO 27001, CMMI, CMMC, or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, licensing, and enterprise technology portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills., * Experience supporting CMMC certification efforts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms and technology integrations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL service management principles.
  • CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Administrator certifications, Security+, and/or ITIL Foundation certification.
