Job description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master and Delivery Lead who also operates as a Senior Technology Business Analyst to support Global Technology client-facing platforms, including Mercury and MLX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile delivery, requirements management, and platform governance, and a proven ability to lead end-to-end SDLC execution while ensuring compliance with enterprise risk and control frameworks., * Serve as Delivery Lead and Senior Technology Business Analyst for Mercury and MLX client-facing platforms used by Global Markets institutional clients.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of application functionality, architecture, and integrations. Communicate platform capabilities to business stakeholders and technology partners.
  • Act as primary liaison between Lines of Business, Global Technology engineering teams, and enterprise partners to align delivery, risk, and control requirements.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business, regulatory, and technology requirements in accordance with Bank of America standards.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to support accurate development, testing, and implementation.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across the SDLC, including planning, dependency management, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with change management, risk, and governance frameworks, including MRA and enterprise technology controls.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams supporting Mercury. Facilitate ceremonies and ensure adherence to Global Technology agile practices.
  • Manage work intake, prioritization, and execution using bank-standard JIRA workflows and tooling.
  • Track, analyze, and report delivery health, agile metrics, risks, and dependencies to provide transparency to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with GIS, Risk, and enterprise control teams to manage, track, and remediate findings aligned to assigned AITs.
  • Ensure mandatory enterprise deliverables are completed on time, properly documented, and audit-ready.
  • Own platform documentation, including process flows, control documentation, training materials, and user-facing artifacts.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for delivery communication, status reporting, and risk escalation across multiple Lines of Business on Mercury and MLX.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and compliance risks to ensure platform stability, security, and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as an Agile Scrum Master and Delivery Lead within enterprise financial services or similar regulated environments.
  • Strong business analysis capability, including requirements elicitation, user stories, and acceptance criteria creation.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and enterprise agile workflows for intake, prioritization, and execution tracking.
  • Hands-on SDLC delivery management, including planning, dependency and risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Knowledge of change management, risk, governance, and technology control frameworks, including audit readiness and remediation tracking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Lines of Business, engineering, and control partners.
  • Experience level: 7+ years in relevant roles across Scrum Mastery, delivery leadership, and business analysis.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background supporting Global Markets or client-facing trading platforms such as Mercury and MLX.
  • Experience with program and project governance processes, including PPRT and related forums and artifacts.
