Job description

  • Pipeline Integration: Design, configure, and implement gateway onboarding and migration pipeline components within enterprise CI/CD environments.
  • Deployment Automation: Develop promotion workflows, deployment scripts, and automated validation steps for gateway changes.
  • Automated Governance: Embed automated security, telemetry, and migration-readiness checks into delivery pipelines.
  • Release Execution: Execute API deployment activities through approved pipelines and maintain complete configuration traceability across Dev, Test, and Prod.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve pipeline-integrated gateway defects and maintain automation artifacts.

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of build/release engineering, software development, or platform automation experience.
  • At least 2 years automating API gateway, middleware, or integration platform configuration.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Enterprise CI/CD pipeline platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Scripting languages: Python, Bash, Groovy, or similar.
  • Configuration-as-code for API gateway artifacts (Kong or webMethods exposure is a plus).
  • Container platforms (OpenShift or Kubernetes).
  • Clearance & Security:
  • Must possess U.S. work authorization.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal Moderate Risk Public Trust (MBI level) background investigation.
