Job description
- Pipeline Integration: Design, configure, and implement gateway onboarding and migration pipeline components within enterprise CI/CD environments.
- Deployment Automation: Develop promotion workflows, deployment scripts, and automated validation steps for gateway changes.
- Automated Governance: Embed automated security, telemetry, and migration-readiness checks into delivery pipelines.
- Release Execution: Execute API deployment activities through approved pipelines and maintain complete configuration traceability across Dev, Test, and Prod.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve pipeline-integrated gateway defects and maintain automation artifacts.
Requirements
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of build/release engineering, software development, or platform automation experience.
- At least 2 years automating API gateway, middleware, or integration platform configuration.
- Technical Expertise:
- Enterprise CI/CD pipeline platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Scripting languages: Python, Bash, Groovy, or similar.
- Configuration-as-code for API gateway artifacts (Kong or webMethods exposure is a plus).
- Container platforms (OpenShift or Kubernetes).
- Clearance & Security:
- Must possess U.S. work authorization.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal Moderate Risk Public Trust (MBI level) background investigation.
