1st und 2nd Level Support vor Ort und remote
Fehlerdiagnose und -beseitigung an IT-Arbeitsplätzen mit Betriebssystem Windows 10 oder 11
Verwaltung und Zuweisung von Support-Tickets
Einhaltung von SLA-Vorgaben

Requirements

Kenntnisse aktueller Windows Betriebssysteme
Spaß in der direkten Kommunikation mit den Usern
Erfahrung mit Ticket- und RFS-Systemen
Gute Deutsch- und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
Führerschein Klasse B
