Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Systems Engineer to join our technology team! The Systems Engineer is a highly motivated individual responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that combine hardware, software, and processes. The Systems Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are efficient, reliable, and align with defined goals. This is a demanding role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and an ability to learn and operate in a fast-paced environment.

* Design and develop system architectures that meet functional and performance requirements. * Software configurations for industrial communication protocols * Integrate hardware and software components to create cohesive and efficient systems. * Define end-to-end data paths for sensors (signal conditioning * ADC * firmware drivers *middleware * processing/telemetry). * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity. * Collaborate with products, engineering, and operations to implement systematic solutions. * Document system designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and maintenance.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred., * Strong understanding of hardware and software integration.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/ C++, or grasshopper
  • Proficiency in Fieldbus protocols: EtherCAT, Profinet, Modbus
  • Experience with automation and control systems.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with Kuka 6-axis robotic arms and digital fabrication tools preferred. * Willingness and availability to travel up to 15% to support field construction operations. * 3-5 years in systems engineering, focusing on integration and optimization
