Job description

  • Their designs should incorporate modern design patterns and best practices across various mediums (i.e. emails, web banners, websites, social, mobile apps) and be well versed in creating responsive layouts that can adapt to different screen sizes. The candidate should be aware of current design trends and be proficient in problem solving via creating intuitive UX/ UI solutions. Below is a list of ‘must have’, and ‘nice to have’ experience

Requirements

  • We’re looking for a digital-first interactive designer with at least 2 years’ experience in an advertising agency. This candidate should be detail oriented, efficient, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for continual learning., * Figma (primary design software)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (XD / Photoshop / Illustrator)
  • Responsive design principles
  • UX/UI best practices for various mediums
  • 2+ years working at an advertising agency

Preferred requirements:

  • Design aesthetic that leans toward modern, minimal, clean
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Building clickable prototypes
  • Motion graphics or animation experience, * 1.Do you have at least 2 years of experience working at an advertising or creative agency, designing digital experiences (websites, emails, banners, social, or mobile apps)?
  • 2.How many years of hands-on experience do you have using Figma as your primary design tool, along with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create responsive UX/UI designs?
  • 3.Have you designed interactive clickable prototypes in Figma, and do you have experience with pharmaceutical clients or motion graphics/animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects or similar tools)?, * 1.Do you have at least 2 years of experience working at an advertising or creative agency, designing digital experiences (websites, emails, banners, social, or mobile apps)?
