Job description
One of my high growth tech clients has created a new role for a Head of Human Resource to partner directly with the COO & CEO. Over the last 18 months the team has grown from 18 in 2025 to 35 by the end of the year and so far in 2026 they have added 15 additional team members. You will be building the operational framework to prepare the foundation of doubling the team count to 100. My client is a venture capital backed company that has been cash flow positive for the last 24 months. They are in the process of onboarding a new large client in Europe and they are gearing up for the next phase of growth.
This is a hybrid role blending high-level strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution. You will step into a fast-paced artificial intelligence software environment to refine day-to-day business mechanics, break down departmental silos, eliminate process bottlenecks, and design scalable frameworks that grow alongside the business. The company values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement, and encourages team members to contribute ideas that enhance both business performance and workplace culture.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function for the organization. This role serves as the primary HR resource, partnering with leadership to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The HR Manager manages the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, leave administration, performance management, HRIS administration, reporting, wellness initiatives, and policy development while continuously improving HR processes.
Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
·Five (5)+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Management experience.
·Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance.
Please note: this role is 100% remote to start only open to candidates in the Philadelphia with a TBD light hybrid in office schedule near King of Prussia. Expect a few days per month or per quarter onsite in the future.
