Job description

iQHR is the first AI Native Engine purpose-built for HR Operations. Designed by HR professionals for HR professionals, our platform transforms how organizations manage their people. Tasks that once took hours or even days can now be completed almost instantaneously - from intelligent talent acquisition and onboarding to seamless compliance, analytics, and employee experience management.

We empower HR teams to move faster, work smarter, and focus on what truly matters: people., * Design, fine-tune, and deploy agents and workflows using multiple large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Mistral, etc.).

  • Build and maintain security guardrails, content filtering, prompt injection defense, and compliance controls for production LLM systems.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise resource platforms, including finance systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems (e.g., SailPoint, Active Directory), and servicing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Own hosting, configuration, scaling, and monitoring of AI workloads inside Amazon Web Services data centers (EC2, ECS, EKS, Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain robust REST/GraphQL APIs and SDKs for internal and external consumption.
  • Architect and operate multi-tenant application infrastructure that ensures data isolation, performance, and scalability across customers.
  • Implement observability, logging, cost monitoring, and reliability patterns for LLM-powered features.
  • Contribute to platform architecture decisions as we scale from early customers to high-volume enterprise deployments.
  • Strong technical documentation skills, responsible for maintaining detailed issue tracking, resolution summaries, release notes, and system documentation

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * 4+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years focused on production LLM / generative AI applications.

  • Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or running inference with multiple large language models and building agentic systems (ReAct, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar).
  • Strong production experience operating AI services in AWS (model hosting, vector databases, caching layers, auto-scaling).
  • Solid API development background (FastAPI, Node.js, or Python Flask/Django preferred).
  • Experience integrating with one or more major HRIS platforms (Workday, Dayforce, ADP strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, data partitioning, and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in Python (primary) and/or TypeScript.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and modern data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of security, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and compliance in HR systems.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous work in HR tech, payroll, benefits, or talent platforms.
  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector search (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.).
  • Knowledge of enterprise SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), audit logging, and role-based access in HR contexts.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD practices.
  • Background in distributed systems and high-reliability service design.
