Job description

HK Integrated Services US is seeking a proactive and bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across our national workforce. This highly visible role is both hands-on and strategic-you will be at the center of employee relations, culture-building, and ensuring full adherence to labor laws. Your leadership will guarantee that our people feel valued, supported, and aligned with our core values of respect, professionalism, and operational excellence., * Lead a smooth and engaging onboarding process that helps new hires feel welcomed, equipped, and connected.

  • Partner with department heads to evaluate staffing needs and implement smart hiring strategies.
  • Continuously refine onboarding programs to drive retention and promote early success.
  • Create posting for open positions across the board
  • Evaluate and update job descriptions to ensure there is a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities keeping in compliance with local laws.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, handling workplace concerns conducting investigations and record any findings as well as take proper actions.
  • Partner with leadership to engage in the coaching and counselling of individuals in the team.
  • Develop reward programs and surveys to engage with the team.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, transparent, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Serve as liaison between HR, payroll, and legal teams to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
  • Keeping track of benefits portal of any new hires and terminations, including Cobra letters.

Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Develop and enforce HR policies in accordance with federal, state, and local laws including safety regulations.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and confidential HR records and data systems (e.g., HKRIS, payroll integrations).
  • Conduct regular audits and training to ensure consistency and accountability.
  • Update company policies and procedures and handbooks on a yearly basis.
  • Leave Administrator- review all ADA requests, Sick Leave, Personal Leave, and Parental/Maternity Leave., * Support Spanish-speaking employees by providing guidance, resources, and training in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

Are you an experienced HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, peopled oriented environment? Do you want to make a meaningful impact by building strong, inclusive teams while driving operational excellence? If you are ready to lead both strategic initiatives and day-to-day people operations-managing everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance with labor laws in housekeeping department-this is your opportunity., * 3-6 years of progressive experience in HR management, including oversight of multi-state operations in Benefits, Payroll, Leave Administrator, HR Admin, and Performance compliance.

  • Background in service industries or hospitality strongly preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Worked with ADP Workforce Now and Run
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • U.S. local labor laws and HR compliance best practices
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or SHRM Certificate
  • Willing and able to travel periodically within the U.S. and internationally.
