Design Concierge

The Design Concierge is responsible for overseeing all design-related activities within the Central Region, ensuring that creative deliverables meet both internal standards and customer expectations.

Working in close collaboration with administrative support and remote production designers, the Design Concierge ensures that all projects are delivered on time and at the quality level required for customer approval. This is a customer-facing role, responsible for initial style development and leading larger creative initiatives as directed by the regional sales team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical proficiency and creative vision, with advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Success in this role is directly tied to the performance of the regional sales team, and the position reports to the Manager., * Design new styles and layouts that align with brand and audience.

• Create and / or support custom marketing materials for eligible customers.
• Edit and produce packaging, brochures, and sales support assets.
• Collaborate with production designers to ensure alignment.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Maintain brand consistency and follow design/legal guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Provide executional support for Sales reps, including order entry, CRM updates, pipeline management, and overall issue resolutions
• Provide customer account management duties as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong design skills with attention to typography, layout, and color
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Customer facing skills and ability to perform live in front of potential customers
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work with internal domestic design team and outsource production design in India, * Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications including: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Must be able to demonstrate ability.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including: Word and Excel.
• Must reside in the Central Time Zone (Hours of Operation: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm CST)
