- Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains.
- Act as a flexible resource, stepping into priority areas based on business demand.
- Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions.
- Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health.
- Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.
- Operate independently within Workday Financials.
- Act as a âutility playerâ across multiple modules.
- Support both production issues and ongoing configuration work.
- Integrate quickly into a high-performing, experienced team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
- Experience supporting both production support and project-based work.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities.
- Proven expertise across multiple financial domains, including:
- Top Priority Areas - Financial Accounting (highest priority), Expenses, Business Assets;
- Secondary - Banking & Settlement;
- Lower Priority/De-emphasized - Procurement (phasing out), VNDLY experience (as a bonus).
Nice to have:
- Experience with Workday Accounting Center and Prism.
- Experience working in a lean team with broad domain ownership.
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Youâll join the Finance Solution Delivery Team on a contract basis. This role is designed to provide additional capacity across a lean, high-performing team and requires a versatile expert who can step into multiple functional areas as needed.
