Job description

  • Installation, connectivity and support of our Konica Minolta, Lexmark and HP multifunction devices in our customer’s environments.
  • Installation and support of our value-added software solutions.
  • Assistance in monitoring and maintaining our in-house network, workstations and devices.
  • Assisting our sales department in the technical sales aspect of our products.

ADDITIONAL:

Network +, A+, HP or Lexmark printer certifications as well as Microsoft Certifications are for this position.

Requirements

Blue Technologies Inc. is seeking an entry level or experienced candidates for our expanding I.T. staff for the position of Field Service Engineer/IT Tech, servicing Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties. The candidate will have strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, reliable transportation, a good driving record and the ability to communicate with others. A certificate or degree in electronic or networking technology is a plus.

This is a hands-on position in a technology-based industry that provides for continuous learning and growth, a positive work environment, and customer interaction. You will travel a multi-county territory for on-site installation, service and support of our various products and software., * Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Servers and workstation Operating Systems.

  • Software installation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of network, Internet and EMAIL protocols
  • PC and Server troubleshooting and repair.
  • Previous proven experience in customer service. Macintosh experience a plus.
