  • The Salesforce Developer at company is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and platform best practices. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce architecture to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • The developer will collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and cross functional teams within Company’s global delivery model to support end to end Salesforce implementations., Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations including:
  • Apex classes and triggers
  • Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
  • Visualforce pages (where applicable)
  • Build scalable and secure integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP)
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Design and implement Salesforce data models, sharing rules, and security structures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and company development best practices
  • Support release management and deployments using CI/CD tools
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for technical designs, configurations, and solution architecture
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and development standards, and proactively recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security model
  • Experience working with integrations and data migration activities
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in distributed and cross-functional teams
