Job description

  • Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and advice to management on complex HR issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes and manage employee performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with management to identify HR needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to meet organizational goals., A reputable manufacturing company is growing and looking for an HR Generalist to join their team. The position will report to the GM of the facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Proven track record in recruiting, including candidate screening and selection.
  • Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • M&A experience is a plus.
