Job description

Our main client base runs from southern NH to the greater Boston area and we are looking for a new person with experience to join our team in supporting our wide array of clients and their network environments. You’ll be managing the regular activities of configuration, maintenance, patching, updating and troubleshooting of the IT systems both onsite and remotely., * Troubleshoot, monitor, operate and maintain systems for our clients IT network.

Configure and manage Windows Server, all recent versions. Understanding of GPO, File/Folder Replication and Windows domain, Active Directory knowledge Hyper V / Virtualization. Desktop Support. Helpdesk.
Install, configure and manage Microsoft products such as MS365, Office, Sharepoint, Teams, Entra, Intune, and so on.
Watchguard (or others) firewall configuration along with switch and patch cable installation.

Requirements

Local travel is necessary and previous experience with an MSP is a must., Project Management experience is a plus…….. Email migrations, Server to Cloud Solution migrations, Entra ID, Hardware upgrades and replacements including servers, firewalls, etc. Office Moves…
