Senior Engineer - Remote

• Assist customers with complex technical needs and planning.
• Create, document, and escalate issues and problems according to company standards.
• Monitor assigned tickets and tasks and provide service or escalation as necessary.
• Provide support for escalated help desk tickets.
• Provide server and workstation support.
• Deliver technical customer support over remote connections.
• Perform remote scheduled maintenance.

• Basic understanding of networking, routers, DNS, and firewalls.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supporting complex networks and/or providing technical support.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure Certifications preferred.
• Current or former employment at an MSP a very strong plus.
