AI Data Collection Specialist

Masis Staffing is placing candidates with one of our innovative technology clients on a first-of-its-kind AI data collection program supporting next-generation robotics development. You will work entirely from home wearing a VR headset, completing structured everyday tasks that generate first-person video data used to train robotic systems. No experience in AI or robotics is required - all training is provided and paid. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of technology that is shaping the future.

What You Will Do

• Wear a provided VR headset at home and complete structured everyday tasks assigned through a dedicated mobile app
• Perform household tasks including folding laundry, cleaning and wiping surfaces, mopping, organizing shelves, reaching for items above your head, and grabbing items from low surfaces
• Keep both hands within the camera frame at all times during task execution to ensure data is accepted
• Complete a minimum of 30 hours of data collection per week on a schedule that works for you
• Maintain a reasonably quiet and distraction-free home environment during active data collection sessions
• Attend two days of mandatory paid in-person training in Tempe, AZ before beginning remote work

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Must be comfortable using technology including smartphones, mobile apps, and wearable devices
• Must own a smartphone in good working condition
• Must have reliable high-speed wireless internet at home
• Must have a home space that can be kept reasonably free of interruptions during data collection sessions
• Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and perform everyday household tasks including reaching, grabbing, bending, kneeling, cleaning, folding, and mopping
• Must have full use of both hands and legs
• Must have reliable transportation to Tempe, AZ for two days of mandatory paid in-person training
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in gig work, remote work, or a tech-related role a plus
• Comfortable with wearable technology or VR devices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions consistently
