• • As the Cisco Network Security Architect you will be heavily involved in the design and deployment of advanced Cisco Network Security solutions to meet customer needs. This is a broadly scoped position suited for a true hybrid technologist comfortable with both PreSales and Post sales focusing on Cisco Network Security solutions.You will work collaboratively with Operations to ensure seamless transition of needs based solution design throughout the project delivery lifecycle. You will be instrumental in ensuring technical solution capability meets customer and industry standards. You will directly influence the direction and growth of the engineering practice., Perform network & security consulting and assessments for customersArchitect and implement Cisco Network Security solutions to meet customer requirements within industry and technology best practicesAct as the technical authority for assessment and approval of specifications for solution construction or changeAssist partners with project plan, direction, and evaluation with the inclusion of costs, requirements, and timelineLiaise with customer and internal staff throughout project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction is achievedShare knowledge of product benefits and capability in ongoing training sessions with technical and non-technical staffAssist Director with regional corporate growth activities and take on increase position responsibility when appropriateDevelop technical roadmap for the overall solution including high level design, SoW, BoMAssist sales in customer meetings to answer technical questionsRespond to technical components of RFI/RFP/RFQEngage with customer to develop trusted technology advisor relationships with key decision makersWork with customers to discover and gather technical and business requirementsPrepare and deliver presentations to educate customers of solution and service benefits relevant to their business/technology needs and goalsAssist sales in technical components of tender and bidding processParticipate in technology and professional training and development to continue to enhance your skills and capability
