Developer / System IT

OKrazy is looking for a Developer / System IT Specialist to help improve and maintain our internal systems. In this role, you’ll work primarily with Odoo, troubleshoot technical issues, automate business processes, and provide system support for our sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and customize Odoo modules and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal users.
• Automate business processes and repetitive tasks.
• Support sales and operations with system-related needs.
• Maintain accurate data and ensure system organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.
• Assist with system integrations and process improvements.

• Experience with Python and/or Odoo.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of databases and database management.
• Experience with automation tools or system integrations.
• Familiarity with small business workflows.

Nice to Have

• Odoo customization and module development experience.
