Job description

Broadridge is Growing! We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer for a 3-month contract who can begin contributing immediately from Week 1. The role focuses on implementing intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using Python for backend logic and React for the frontend interface leverage AI capabilities. The developer will support deploying and hosting using AWS (API Gateway). Weekly deliverables are expected. Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings., * Begin contributing from the first week of the contract

  • Deliver features, enhancements, and improvements on a weekly basis
  • Collaborating with Product owner and Data Scientist
  • Designing and Developing AI-ready responsive web interfaces and backend services
  • Translate business requirements, specifications, and wireframes into clean, reusable, and maintainable code
  • Ensure adherence to UX standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and design systems
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend, backend and deployment issues independently
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, application performance, reliability, logging, and monitoring
  • Test application functionality, responsiveness, and accessibility across supported environments

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Data Science - expert level experience in handling, analyzing, and visualizing big data.
  • Backend - expert level experience in writing backed business logic using Python and related frameworks (FastAPI, Django etc.,)
  • Frontend - expert level experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JQuery and JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, AI Services, API Gateway, ECR, Docker, JFrog, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, Azure AD, Power BI API, CloudWatch
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Serverless architectures, cloud SSO authentication, and AWS Deployment
  • Implement security best practices (IAM roles, encryption, secure API access)
  • Experience in designing scalable backend systems
  • Strong knowledge of REST API design and integration
  • Understanding of security, logging, and monitoring best practices in AWS
  • Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time
  • Proven experience delivering weekly milestones under tight timelines
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
