Transformation Consultant

• As a Transformation Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will excel in delivery, apply thoughtful skills to drive value; and build proficiency in pursuit and engagement roles. You will take ownership and responsibility for areas of focus and solutions and help grow our presence, brand, breadth and community., * Experience in project management, operational improvement and/or organizational effectiveness, implementing structured process optimization, change, communications, engagement, and/or learning.
• Technical expertise (and preferably accreditation) in an area of focus such as Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, change management, agile methodologies, facilitation or leadership coaching.
• Experience designing business processes and interactions that drive business outcomes.
• Able to purposefully identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues.
• Able to design and facilitate sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives and results.
• Able to develop specific plans to mitigate or address client concerns and transformation risks.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and interfacing confidently with clients.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for the Consultant role is $77,000 to $126,000 and Senior Consultant role is $102,000 to $153,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
