Build AI products that businesses rely on every day.

AI is moving fast, but building software that’s reliable, scalable and production-ready is where the real challenge lies. If you enjoy solving complex engineering problems and want to help shape the next generation of AI-powered products, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.

You’ll join a well-funded startup where engineers have real ownership, ideas are acted on quickly and you’ll help build products from the ground up.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary plus meaningful equity
  • Remote-first across the UK
  • Build products from concept through to production
  • Work alongside experienced software, AI and platform engineers
  • Flexible working, learning budget and regular company offsites

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and launch AI-powered products used by customers across multiple industries
  • Design scalable backend services and distributed systems
  • Work closely with ML engineers to productionise AI capabilities
  • Improve platform reliability, tooling and developer experience
  • Influence technical direction and engineering standards

What you’ll bring

  • Strong commercial experience with Python
  • A track record of shipping production software
  • Experience with distributed systems and Kubernetes
  • A passion for clean, maintainable engineering
  • Enjoy solving problems across product, platform and infrastructure
