Job description

Documents (MDDs) and the Delivery Interface Register (DIR). Define, document and manage technical and delivery interfaces across programmes and key stakeholders. Monitor interface progress and ensure alignment with project schedules. Identify interface-related risks, issues and change requirements, ensuring timely resolution. Produce clear reporting and assurance documentation for programme leadership and stakeholders. Work closely with the Risk Management Team to ensure interface risks are effectively captured and managed. Facilitate collaboration between delivery teams, ensuring interface issues are understood, owned and resolved. Support Delivery Project Managers in developing interface agreements that achieve the best outcome for the project while maintaining compliance with nuclear safety standards and regulatory requirements. Promote collaborative working across all delivery teams to support successful project integration. About You Were looking for someone who can confidently operate

Requirements

within a complex, fast-paced project environment and build strong working relationships across technical and delivery teams. Youll ideally have: A degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical or Systems Engineering (or a related engineering discipline). Around 3-5+ years experience managing interfaces or working in a comparable engineering role on a major infrastructure, construction or engineering project. Previous site-based construction experience, ideally within the nuclear sector or another highly regulated environment. A good understanding of interface management principles and the challenges of delivering large, multidisciplinary projects. Strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience identifying and managing project risks and understanding their impact on programme delivery. The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The flexibility to support a range of activities across the Interface Management function as project priorities evolve. Why Apply?
