Job description

We are seeking a Network & Systems Administrator - Tier 2 to join our growing technical team. This role is responsible for supporting client environments, resolving escalated technical issues, and assisting with infrastructure projects., * Resolve escalated service tickets related to servers, networking equipment, hardware, and business applications

  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, servers, and network infrastructure
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and on-premise Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and internet services
  • Assist with system upgrades, equipment deployments, and infrastructure improvement projects
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client environments and internal procedures
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding technical issues, timelines, and resolutions
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support as required

Requirements

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working directly with customers, and operating in a fast-paced MSP environment with a wide variety of technologies., * 3-5 years of IT support or system administration experience (MSP experience a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and network infrastructure.
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and networking basics.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and wireless.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and supporting line-of-business applications.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Server+, or similar are a plus.
