Job description

  • Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Lösungen mit einem Fokus auf die Anforderungen der Kunden
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Erarbeitung von Lösungen, um die Personalprozesse zu verbessern
  • Begleitung des kompletten Projektzykluses sowie (Teil-) Projektleitung

Requirements

  • Studium, Ausbildung oder mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Themenfeld
  • Praxis in SAP HCM, insbesondere in der Konfiguration/dem Customizing sowie im Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse funktionaler HR-Prozesse rund um Personalabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft, Personaladministration und Organisationsmanagement
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch sowie eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Kundenorientierung
  • Reisebereitschaft um beim Kunden vor Ort zu arbeiten
