Developer (AI) (Hybrid)

We’re hiring a Senior Developer to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday., * Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise solutions utilizing Microsoft’s Power Platform and Fabric ecosystem

• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and IT teams to deliver scalable automation, analytics, data integration, reporting, and AI-driven solutions
• Improve operational efficiency and business decision-making
• Possess strong development experience within Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, and Copilot technologies

• Experience with:
• Copilot Studio
• AI Builder and Generative AI solutions
• Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake
• Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Experience implementing application governance and security controls, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree; OR
• 4 years of job-related work experience; OR
• 2 years of job related experience plus an associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job-related degree
• Microsoft certifications, such as PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer, PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect, PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst, DP-600: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate
