Job description

Mastermind the Fabric: Design ultra-resilient, multi-tenant network architectures powered by VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and NSX/NSX-T.
Automate Everything: Ditch manual configs-build seamless, CI/CD-driven workflows using Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
Bridge the Clouds: Hook our private cloud natively into AWS, Azure, and GCP while keeping security tight with micro-segmentation.
Lead & Mentor: Be the go-to technical voice across DevOps, SysAdmin, and Security teams while raising the bar for the engineers around you.

Requirements

8+ Years in the Trenches: Proven mastery in enterprise network engineering and VMware SDDC environments.
Deep VMware Mastery: Battle-tested experience with VCF, NSX-T, dynamic routing (BGP, IS-IS), and overlay encapsulation (VXLAN/Geneve).
Code-Driven Ops: Hands-on magic with Terraform, Python, Ansible, or NetBox.
Modern Workload Ready: Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Tanzu/Kubernetes CNI or NSX ALB (Avi Networks).
Communication: English C1 (Fluent). Spanish or German is a fun bonus!
